  • How far in advance should I book my transportation?

    Answer:  You can book anytime before the pick-up time. However, most of the time the transportations are fully booked within 3 days so we encourage you to schedule your booking at least 2 days in advance.

  • How do I pay for my hired transportation?
    Answer:  You can pay in cash to the driver in Singapore Dollar. No credit card is accepted.

  • Are there any hidden or extra charges?
    Answer:  All charges are tabulated. No other extra charges apply, except for the toll fees (per trip) & peak season. Peak season surcharges will be informed via WhatsApp during enquiry or after you submit the online booking form.

  • Does your company provide receipts for the trips?
    Answer:  Yes. Softcopy of receipts can be sent by email after each trip is completed. Please indicate during booking.

  • Are there any charges for additional pick up or drop off points?
    Answer:  Yes, kindly note each additional pick up or drop off will be additional SGD10.

  • Can we pay the trip via other currencies besides SGD?
    Answer:  We accept only Singapore dollar for payment at the moment.

  • Do you require prepayment / full payment to confirm our booking before the trip?
    Answer:  No. Prepayment is not required. Just pay by cash on travelling date.

  • Why is there peak season charge?
    Answer:  Afraid due to long weekends/holidays – it is very hard to secure vehicles during these periods, therefore peak season charge applies.

  • Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
    Answer:  We do charge for waiting time, but you should send us your flight number so that the driver can track your arrival anytime. It is only after that the waiting charges can be negotiated about.

  • How can the driver find me at the airport?
    Answer:  The driver will be waiting at the arrival hall and carrying a board that has the passenger’s name on it. Also, the driver will have your contact details.

  • Do you provide daily trip or wedding car services? How much do you charge for either?
    Answer:  Yes, we do. On the Book Now tab, kindly click on Special Request when asked for the Trip Type.  We will give you a quotation accordingly.

  • Do you only provide transfers from Singapore to Johor Bahru?
    Answer:  No. We provide transfer services from Singapore to anywhere in Malaysia, not only in Johor Bahru.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Answer:  We do not impose any cancellation fee but would appreciate if you could inform at least 1 – 2 days before your travelling date for any cancellations.
